Shipping

We can't wait for you to receive your new 'The Palm Co' purchase as soon as possible. For our custom store products we need time to customise, print and package with love so please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If you need your order urgently please let us know and we will do everything we can to get it out to you asap. 

For framing and large product orders please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery - this allows us time for printing, framing and dispatch from Sydney. 

At this stage we currently only ship with Australia, all our orders will be delivered either by Australia Post or local courier.

Please note that the postage/courier times are indicative only, and may vary depending on the postal service, public holidays or during busy holiday periods. We cannot assume responsibility for any issues or delays with postage and delivery.

 

Returns + Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds at this time as all of our products are made to order.

Notification of any damages incurred in transit must be advised within 24 hours of receiving the order. To report a damaged item, please email the details of the damage and an image to nat@thepalmco.com.au and we will see what we can do for you.
